A calm, caring way through the menopause
Gentle, structured support at your own pace, as a single session or the full twelve.
Warmth, regularity and unhurried care
A gentle twelve session programme designed to support you through the menopause with warmth and regular, unhurried care. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whatever suits your life. Every session includes a soothing blend of facial, hand and foot reflexology, alongside time to focus on one small area of wellbeing. If you would prefer to try a single session first, that is very welcome too.
This programme offers complementary, wellbeing-focused support and relaxation. It is not medical care and does not replace advice from your GP or menopause specialist.
Your twelve sessions
